Policies for Pilates Private and Duet Sessions

We know that these policies are pretty strict – but after getting used to them, our clients believe they are fair to each of us.

JoyMoves sells Pilates Private and Duet sessions for use in a specified calendar month. Please purchase only the number of sessions you are confident you will use within a calendar month. This is because:

• All such purchases are considered pre-payments – they are not refundable and they expire if unused at the end of the month for which they were purchased.
• Pilates Private and Duet sessions may not be shared or transferred to others. Prices are subject to change.
• Pilates Private and Duet sessions may be rescheduled only if there is space available within the remainder of the current calendar month and if the reschedule request has been discussed and agreed to over the phone (or face-to-face) with JoyMoves’ personnel by 11AM the day prior to a scheduled session.
• Participation in JoyMoves’ Pilates Private and Duet training programs require the signing of a New Client Agreement. This agreement contains the full terms and conditions for participating in our programs.

• If you will be taking a Private Pilates session, you will also need to fill out a Health Intake Form. This has to be done once ahead of your first session. You can save time by downloading it and filling it out ahead of time.
