Thai Massage

Often called the Lazy Man’s Yoga, this ancient healing art is based on Yoga, acupressure and reflexology and is different from traditional western massage.

In a Thai Massage session, you wear loose comfortable clothes and lie on a special Thai Massage mat that is placed on the floor. The therapist applies compression, rocking and acupressure points while stretching and moving you through a range of motion.

While many of the positions in Thai Massage are based on postures from yoga, it is not necessary to have a yoga background to get a Thai Massage. In fact, it is most important that you not do anything – the greatest benefits will occur if you let the therapist do all the work for you. This helps the body relax and structurally realign. We recommend not eating for at least 1-hour before your session.

A Thai Massage is 90 minutes in length and is priced at $135.
